ABOUT CP KIDS
We think church should be fun for kids, so we’ve created experiences that are a blast for children of all ages! We hope that the minute you enter Centerpointe Church it is clear that we value your family, and this is a safe place for everyone to grow in their faith in Jesus!
In CP Kids JR (birth through PreK), our classroom experiences are designed to lay a foundation of faith for your children. We want them to leave knowing more about the God that created them, loves them, and wants to be their friend. As they grow and enter into CP Kids (K-5th), we hope and pray that they choose to put their personal faith in Jesus. We love to partner with parents to create faith conversations that grow an authentic faith. We encourage kids to make the wise choice, trust God no matter what, and treat others the way they want to be treated!
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Nursery (CP Kids JR)
Our nursery cares for children up to 24 months of age. This room is a safe place for your children. They will be cared for, cuddled, and every child will be changed before parents pick them up. More importantly, there will be prayers for every child by the time their parents return for them.
Toddlers (CP Kids JR)
This group is for children 2-3 years old. Every parent who has a toddler knows these are active years. Teachers are up and trained for the job. Toddlers have a lot of play time but also a small group time with their teacher. Your kids will enjoy singing worship songs, learning stories from the Bible, and a craft to help understand the Bible Story.
Preschoolers (CP Kids JR)
This group is for children 4-5 years old. Each week there is an interactive craft or activity to help them understand the Bible Story for that day. Preschoolers have a designed play time in addition to a worship experience, Bible story time, and small group time with their teacher.
Kid’s Church (CP Kids)
Kid’s Church is for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Here kids are encouraged to worship God and learn what it means to follow Jesus. They will receive basic understanding of how to navigate the Bible, learn and apply Bible stories in a fun way, and have the chance to talk it out with their peers. This is a fun and exciting environment with relevant, challenging teachings.
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
Wacky Wednesday (K-5th) is a lot like Sundays, just a little bit wackier! 🙂 This high-energy experience lasts for 1 1/2 hours and includes games, outside play, large group worship, a teaching, and of a course snack. Kids love it and will enjoy coming back each week! 6:30-8PM

FAMILY ASSISTANCE
The children’s ministry is here to serve the entire family. To that end, throughout the year parenting classes are offered, family counseling is available, and various support networks are in place. Check out our parenting video resources HERE
